The STM Platform is operated by Bwiter Creative Company, a company registered in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the STM Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the STM Platform.

You may print off one copy and download extracts of any page(s) from the STM Platform for personal use only. You must not modify the copies or use any illustrations, photographs, video, or audio sequences separately from the accompanying text. Our status as the authors of content on the STM Platform must always be acknowledged.

Donations made to the STM Platform must meet the minimum amount specified and are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Security and Prohibited Use

We do not guarantee that the STM Platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You must configure your technology to access the STM Platform and use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the STM Platform by introducing malicious software or attempting unauthorized access. Any breach may result in termination of your access to the STM Platform and reporting to law enforcement.

16. Linking to the STM Platform

You may link to the STM Platform provided it is done in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation. You must not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement by us where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, their subject matter, and formation are governed by Hong Kong law. You and we both agree that the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction.

You are not permitted to use any trademarks of StoryTripMap without our prior approval. This revised version of the Terms and Conditions ensures compliance with Hong Kong laws and international standards, providing clarity and protection for both the users and the platform.
